Montenegro Airlines to switch Moscow airports

NEWS FLASH

Montenegro Airlines will be shifting its operations from Moscow's Domodedovo Airport to Sheremetyevo starting March 31. The carrier will maintain up to eighteen weekly flights between Tivat and the Russian capital next summer season. Sheremetyevo is Russia's busiest airport and serves as a hub for the national airline Aeroflot. Currently, up to seventeen carriers fly between Russia and Montenegro during the summer months. Montenegro Airlines, as one of only two flag carriers from the former Yugoslavia still flying to Moscow, along with Air Serbia, will both now operate out of Sheremetyevo Airport. Furthermore, Montenegro Airlines codeshares on its Serbian counterpart's flights between Belgrade and Moscow.
