PHOTOS: Delta touches down in Dubrovnik
NEWS FLASH
US carrier Delta Air Lines has inaugurated its new four weekly service between New York JFK Airport and Dubrovnik, a day after United introduced flights between the two cities. “Our flights to Dubrovnik are proving popular as our US customers seek new experiences now that the world is reopening for international travel”, Thomas Brandt, Delta’s Regional Sales Manager, said. He added, “We’re proud to be supporting Croatia’s tourism recovery, while also ensuring a safe travel environment in line with the country’s requirement for proof of vaccination or a negative test for all customers before they board the flight”. The Delta Boeing 767-300ER aircraft arrived with a full load of 225 passengers. Services will operate on a seasonal basis, departing the Big Apple each Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, until October 3.
