PHOTOS: Israel - Zagreb service resumes after two years
NEWS FLASH
Flights between Tel Aviv and the Croatian capital have been restored after more than two years. El Al’s leisure brand Sun d'Or will maintain the service once per week, each Tuesday, throughout the summer with the 189-seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft. A wet-leased B737-800 from Smartwings was used on the first flight between the two cities this week. The return of the Israeli carrier to Zagreb for the first time following the height of the Coronavirus pandemic was marked by a water canon salute and a traditional welcome for passengers.
