TAROM suspends Belgrade service in February

Romania’s national carrier TAROM has temporarily suspended its flights between Bucharest and Belgrade during the month of February. The airline plans to restore four weekly operations between the two capitals on March 1, increasing to five weekly from March 9. The airline maintains the service with its ATR72 turboprop aircraft. Although it has given no explanation for its decision, the suspension comes during the slowest month of the year in the aviation industry. TAROM will continue to codeshare on Air Serbia’s flights between Belgrade and Bucharest, which will, be maintained between seven and ten times per week in February.
