Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport has joined 44 others to take part in "Smiling Day". The Smiling Day, a key event in VINCI Airports' service policy, is organised each year at all airports within the VINCI Airports network. "The event symbolises the importance of high quality service and greeting inherent to our airports", the operator said. During the day, all employees and partners, whatever their job, were encouraged to get out and meet passengers to give them a personalised, warm greeting. Passengers also had the opportunity to participate in a contest and win flights to VINCI Airports’ destinations by posting their photos #SmilingDay19 on Instagram and Facebook.
