The three countries are tackling labour shortages in different sectors within aviation, including maintenance, ground handling, and air traffic control. Establishing a unified labour market for an estimated eleven million people means easier access to a larger pool of talent across these nations, eliminating the hurdles of red tape and institutional constraints. Under the new rules starting this March, citizens of these nations can work in any of the three countries under the same conditions as their native counterparts.
