Air Serbia sees uptick in online sales

Air Serbia has registered a 30.6% year-on-year increase in online ticket sales since restoring operations in May until the end of November. A total 38.1% of all tickets sold during that period were purchased online, either through the carrier’s website or its mobile application. “We are constantly working to improve digital sales channels to make it easier to search and book flights and enable personalised offers. We are seeking to integrate our website and mobile application in order to create a unique user experience for our passengers at any time, regardless of their location. Our ultimate goal is to create a seamless end-to-end and door-to-door travel solution providing omnichannel and cross-platform functionalities to our growing customer base“, the carrier’s General Manager for Commercial and Strategy, Jiri Marek, said.
