British Airways shelves planned Podgorica flights

British Airways has cancelled plans to inaugurate flights between London Heathrow and Podgorica next summer. The seasonal service was initially to launch this year but was postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. Flights were to operate once per week with the Airbus A320 jet starting July 3, 2021. British Airways has discontinued a number of routes for next year, among which are Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Osaka, Muscat, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, Pittsburgh, Calgary and Charleston, while flights to Sydney and Bangkok have been suspended until the 2021/2022 winter season.
