Air Serbia expands premium on board catering

NEWS FLASH

Air Serbia will diversify its business class catering starting July 15. The airline will be changing all its meals, with their content to depend on flight time. Meals will be categorised in those up to one and a half hours, between one and a half and two and a half hours and those over two and a half hours. On flights beyond one and a half hours, the airline will now offer three meal choices instead of two, with one of them always being a vegetarian option. "The standout dishes among those offered to travellers heading to destinations in the region include a platter of cured beef with arugula, a smoked salmon sandwich, pancakes with bell peppers, cream cheese and chicken breast accompanied by olives and cherry tomatoes, as well as a sandwich of sun dried tomatoes and tzatziki spread. Passengers on flights lasting up to two and a half hours can, in addition to a fruit salad, choose between three hot meals on offer, including: omelette with feta cheese, grilled mushrooms and tomatoes with smoked beef or smoked beef and sataraš stew. Dining options on flights over two and a half hours include a starter, dessert and three options. Among some of the meals on offer is buckwheat pie with spinach, frittata with spinach, Italian meal salad with chicken, chicken Karadjordje steak and gnocchi in gorgonzola sauce", Air Serbia said. Meal options will depend on time of day.
