Air Serbia lifts face mask requirements
NEWS FLASH
Air Serbia no longer requires passengers to wear face masks on most of its flights in line with rules set out by the Serbian government. Face coverings are still required to destinations where they are legally prescribed including the United States, France, Italy and Austria. Despite dropping the face mask requirement, Air Serbia “strongly recommends” travellers to continue wearing face coverings for their personal safety. A number of European carriers have removed their on board mask mandates including KLM, British Airways, Swiss International Air Lines, SAS Scandinavian Airlines, Norwegian Air Shuttle, easyJet, TUI and Virgin Atlantic. Face mask rules were introduced by airlines in March 2020 amid the emergence of the novel coronavirus Covid-19.
