Mostar sees worst November performance in over a decade
NEWS FLASH
Mostar Airport welcomed just five passengers in November, marking its worst performance for the month in over a decade. There were no commercial flights last month as the summer charter season came to a close in October. This November saw the airport handle even fewer travellers than during the pandemic-stricken 2020, while figures were down 99% on the pre-Covid 2019. Overall, Mostar Airport has handled 10.801 passengers for the January - November period, down 66.5% on three years ago. The airport’s management has announced that Wizz Air will launch services to the city next year, however, there has been no acknowledgment of these plans on behalf of the low cost carrier.
