Zagreb Airport handles 3.1 million passengers in 2022
Zagreb Airport registered its second busiest year on record in 2022 by handling 3.124.605 passengers. The figure represents an increase of 122.5% on the year before but is down 9.1% on the pre-pandemic 2019. The airport’s recovery rate during 2022 is above the European industry average and outperformed the airport’s earlier estimates it would handle some three million travellers during the year. The number of aircraft movements stood at 42.310 during the year.
