Air France discusses incentives with Slovenian government
NEWS FLASH
Air France held talks with the Slovenian Ministry for Infrastructure last month over possible incentive shcemes for the airline to add more flights between Paris and Ljubljana next year. “We were presented with their [Air France’s] idea for improving Slovenia's air connectivity by increasing frequencies to Paris. They pointed out the importance of boosting frequencies due to the upcoming 2024 Summer Olympic Games [to be held in Paris]. They currently operate ten weekly flights, and for the 2023/24 winter season plan eleven weekly frequencies. There are currently no plans to increase frequencies for the 2024 summer season. In that regard, the carrier was interested in various incentive options, including joint promotion”, the Ministry said.
