Ljubljana Airport reaches 42% of pre-Covid traffic

Ljubljana Airport recorded its busiest month of the year so far by handling 84.886 passengers in May. The figure represents a decrease of 50.2% on the pre-pandemic 2019. The number of aircraft movements stood at 1.860. During the January - May period, Ljubljana Airport welcomed 281.063 travellers through its doors, down 58.1% on 2019, when it saw 670.935 passengers. The airport anticipates handling some 800.000 travellers in 2022.
