Air Serbia, Air Montenegro become Montenegro’s top operators

Air Serbia and Air Montenegro were Montenegro’s biggest airlines in terms of the number of operated flights to and from the country during the first seven months of the year. Air Serbia maintained 1.100 flights between Belgrade and Podgorica, as well as between Belgrade, Niš, Kraljevo and Tivat. Its number of operations grew 15% on the pre-pandemic 2019. Air Montenegro ran 1.099 flights. It was followed by Ryanair with 404 flights and Turkish Airlines with 395 operations, up 46%, with the carrier recently launching flights between Istanbul and Tivat.
