Qatar Airways boosts Zagreb service

Qatar Airways will increase frequencies on its service between Doha and Zagreb from July. The carrier will introduce an additional three weekly flights for a total of ten weekly from July 2, with two daily rotations operating on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays. All flights will be maintained with the Airbus A320 aircraft. The additional frequencies represent a notable increase on last year, when flights ran between three and five times per week but is still down on the fourteen weekly services operated between the two capitals prior to the coronavirus pandemic. Qatar Airways handled 49.885 passengers on its Zagreb route in 2022, down 61.9% on the pre-pandemic 2019.
Qatar Airways is also currently recruiting for two positions at Zagreb Airport on a temporary basis. The carrier is seeking an Airport Services Agent and a Senior Airport Services Agent. The role includes providing quality service to passengers in respect to check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, airport hotel and baggage services as per company’s commercial and safety standards and procedures.
