SunExpress to launch new Pristina and Podgorica flights

NEWS FLASH

Turkish leisure operator SunExpress will commence new seasonal summer flights from Izmir to both Pristina and Podgorica next year. Services will start on June 3 and June 4 respectively and operate twice per week with the Boeing 737-800 aircraft until the end of September. SunExpress already maintains seasonal summer flights between Antalya and Pristina, while the new route to Podgorica marks its entry onto the Montenegrin market. “There is unprecedented demand from Turkey for travel to Montenegro. Turkish Airlines has increased its frequencies to the country, while Pegasus Airlines has also launched operations. Jointly with Air Montenegro there are currently 33 weekly flights between the two nations. Our aim is for that figure to grow to fifty weekly flights”, the Ambassador of Turkey to Montenegro, Baris Kalkavan, said.

Further details for the new Antalya - Pristina service can be found here, while additional information for the Podgorica flights can be viewed here.
