Air Montenegro sees 83% of all passengers on Belgrade route

Air Montenegro handled 63.000 travellers on its flights between Podgorica, Tivat and Belgrade since it commenced commercial operations in June, meaning 83% of all its passengers were either departing or arriving in Belgrade. “Serbia is one of the most important markets for Air Montenegro. We started commercial flights on June 10 by launching services between Podgorica and Belgrade. Within just four months, we carried a record 63.000 passengers between Serbia and Montenegro. Since our two countries not only boast tourism links, but also cultural, family and business ties, we will continue flying to Belgrade from both Podgorica and Tivat over the winter”, the carrier’s CEO, Predrag Todorovoić said. Overall, Air Montenegro handled 76.000 travellers on its flights this summer.
